Bob Allen

Bob Allen’s storied career began as a teenage musician and flourished at Walt Disney Imagineering, where he contributed to EPCOT’s iconic attractions. Over two decades, Bob held leadership roles including Director of Film and Tape Production for Disney-MGM Studios and Vice President of Disney Production Services, solidifying his expertise in media innovation and storytelling.

In 2001, Bob founded Integrity Arts and Technology (IDEAS), leveraging purposeful storytelling and design thinking to create impactful brands, produce compelling media, and design immersive experiences across industries like entertainment, hospitality, and healthcare.

A champion of community building, Bob serves on several boards and is an ordained member of the Zen Buddhist Order of Interbeing. He teaches mindfulness in Central Florida, emphasizing the interconnectedness of individuals and communities. Bob’s unique blend of creative vision, leadership, and mindfulness continues to inspire and drive transformative change.
